Please read these terms carefully before using GUINEX
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GUINEX, an academic and technical project marketplace platform. By creating an account, uploading content, purchasing, unlocking, reviewing, or otherwise using GUINEX, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable policies published on the platform. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of GUINEX.
You may use GUINEX only if you are legally competent to enter a binding contract under applicable law. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using GUINEX, you represent that your registration information is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions performed through your account. You agree to:
Authors must upload content that is lawful, original, and appropriately described. Submissions should include clear titles, useful abstracts, accurate pricing information, and technically valid material. GUINEX may request edits or reject submissions that do not meet quality or policy standards.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
Authors retain ownership of the intellectual property in their uploaded projects. By uploading to GUINEX, Authors grant the platform a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute content as required for marketplace operations. Users who unlock or buy content receive a limited personal-use license unless otherwise specified by the Author. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
GUINEX uses GP wallet balances for eligible internal transactions. Wallet entries are platform records and are subject to verification and moderation controls. Wallet balances cannot be transferred outside platform rules. Any suspicious or irregular transaction activity may trigger temporary holds while verification is performed.
GUINEX applies a transparent commission model on eligible author earnings. Platform commission may be revised based on operational requirements, with updates reflected in applicable policy communications. Earnings and applicable deductions are reflected in wallet transaction records.
Recharges are submitted by users through designated payment channels and verified manually using transaction identifiers such as UTR. GP crediting occurs only after successful verification.
Eligible users may request withdrawals subject to minimum thresholds and account compliance checks. GUINEX reserves the right to validate request authenticity before approval.
Except where required by law, no automatic refund is provided once project content has been unlocked or purchased. Users are expected to review available project metadata, ratings, and reviews before completing transactions. Refund requests, if any, are evaluated case-by-case under platform discretion and legal obligations.
Reviews and ratings are community features intended to improve transparency. GUINEX may moderate reviews for abuse, spam, defamation, or policy violations.
Admins may approve, reject, or remove projects, reviews, and transaction requests to maintain quality and compliance. Admins may request additional information from users and enforce policy decisions as needed to protect platform integrity.
GUINEX may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse platform systems, or create security risks. Where feasible, GUINEX may provide notice and an opportunity to respond before permanent action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GUINEX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use, content reliance, transaction delays, account suspension, or third-party conduct. Platform services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation.
GUINEX may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Updated terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of GUINEX after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to GUINEX use shall be subject to the competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
