How to File a Dispute
Contact Creator Support Chat First
Message the creator via the built-in Support Chat on your Orders page. Most issues can be resolved directly — missing dependencies, setup guidance, or compilation help.
Go to Your Orders Page
Navigate to your Orders tab, locate the unlocked project, and click "Report Issue" or "Raise Dispute."
Submit Evidence
Describe the issue clearly and attach evidence: screenshots of error logs, compilation logs, or proof of missing components.
Resolution & GP Reversal
If resolved in your favor, the GP cost is credited back to your wallet. If the project meets specifications, earnings release to the creator.
